DOQS 2018  follows on from successful meetings in 2014 and 2016 (https://doqs2016.phys.strath.ac.uk) and will again bring together theorists and experimentalists from a range of fields related to open quantum systems and many-body dynamics, including cold atoms and molecules, trapped ions, and Rydberg gases. We plan to explore various aspects of these areas, including recent developments in new platforms for quantum simulation, and open many-body systems. This year, DOQS 2018 is combined with the annual meeting of the DesOEQ project, http://desoeq.phys.strath.ac.uk, on Designing out of equilibrium many-body quantum systems.

Registration is now open, with a final registration deadline of Friday, 29th September 2018. Please feel free to submit a poster title, and indicate if you would like to have your work considered for selection as a hot-topics presentation. Hot-topics talk submissions will be considered until Sunday 23rd September 2018.
